Contact PermitPrep

How to reach us with questions, corrections, or partnership inquiries.

We try to reply to every email within two business days, including weekends. The fastest way to get a useful answer from us is to include the page URL you were looking at and your state when you write in.

General questions

For general questions about our practice tests, study guides, or how to use the site, email hello@permitprep.example. Please include your state and which page you were viewing — that single detail eliminates 80% of the back-and-forth and helps us answer the same day instead of two days later. Common questions we get about practice tests are answered in the FAQ section of each state quiz; common questions about the site itself are answered on this page.

Corrections

If you find a factual error in any of our content — a wrong fee, an outdated age requirement, a question with the wrong answer key, a sign description that doesn't match the current MUTCD — email corrections@permitprep.example with the page URL and the correction. We'll review against the current state handbook (or the current MUTCD edition for sign content) and update visibly within 5 business days, with a dated correction notice at the top of the affected article. We treat corrections as a first-class quality signal, not a nuisance, so please send them.

Partnership and advertising

For advertising or partnership inquiries, email partnerships@permitprep.example. We're selective about what we publish — sponsored content must be clearly labeled in the headline and again above the body, must offer genuine educational value to learner drivers, and must not contradict any of our existing fact-checked guidance. We do not accept paid links inside editorial content. We do accept clearly-labeled sponsored guides, recommended-resource modules, and standard display advertising.

Press

For press inquiries, email press@permitprep.example. We're happy to provide quotes, anonymized aggregate data on permit-test pass rates by state, or on-record commentary on changes to state driver licensing law, graduated licensing rules, and DUI policy. Same-day turnaround is usually possible for time-sensitive press requests if you note your deadline in the subject line.

Accessibility

If any page on PermitPrep is hard to use with a screen reader, keyboard navigation, or a high-contrast mode, please tell us at accessibility@permitprep.example. We treat accessibility issues with the same urgency as factual corrections.

What we don't help with

We can't tell you whether you'll pass your test, schedule a test for you, sit a test on your behalf, contest a license suspension, or speak to your state DMV on your behalf. For those questions, contact your state's DMV directly — every state guide on PermitPrep links to the official DMV website at the top of the sidebar and again in the resources section. For DUI defense, license-reinstatement filings, or insurance disputes, consult a licensed attorney or insurance professional in your state.
